We process user requests on a first-come, first-served basis. To make our job easier and get a faster response, please follow these tips:

• If you don’t get a quick response, don’t send new emails. Especially if they are about the same issue. Creating multiple discussion threads can only slow down the issue;
• When sending an email, state the nature of the problem in the subject line. Keep it short. This way we will understand the exact problem you are facing even before the application is considered directly;
• Try to describe all the details and circumstances in as much detail as possible and in one message. If you have screenshots and other additional information that can help us, please provide it;
• Do not respond to emails with news and promotional content. You cannot communicate with Six6s Support through them.
